Getting Started

To make sure we start on the same page, I’m going have you complete and return the “Getting Started” pre-work to ensure we get what you want out of our time together, so that you are confidently leading your organization.


You'll have 4 hours of private sessions where we will troubleshoot the challenges you’re facing and why, brainstorm solutions and next steps. In between our one-on-one time, you’ll have email access to me to help you move forward with confidence while navigating out of your comfort zone and to your vision.


By the end of 8 weeks, you will feel confident in your abilities as a leader and have a system to support you achieving your vision.

During our sessions, you can count on me to:

  1. Ask the right questions and actively listen to your answers to help you discover and use your strengths – your untapped potential - so that you can take action toward the change you need by moving from the sidelines lines to the life and career you want

No worries! Please provide a minimum of a six (6) hour notice by sending me an email or use the scheduling calendar to make those arrangements.

I respect and view your time as valuable as my own, so if you’re a no show or late for a scheduled appointment, and it’s not an emergency, that time will be deducted from your service.


So that you are fully invested, once the service is purchased, no refunds are issued.

Three things: You 1) agree to show up for all sessions on time, ready, and willing to be coached; 2) acknowledge that you’re ultimately responsible for all decisions made during the coaching relationship; and 3) understand that there are no guarantees as to the outcome of the service.

At first blush, it may seem like a lot, especially if you’ve not worked one-on-one with someone before, but when you look at the big picture, it will only add value to your career or business. And you have to be willing to be open and actively engage to really yield returns. I also know that one of the biggest reasons people usually say no has nothing to do with time or money, but fear. I’ve been doing this long enough to know that people pay for what they value. And even if it’s not me, I highly encourage you when you are ready, to invest in working with someone who can help you achieve your desired results. You are worth the investment.
