The Quiet Critic is a term Jen uses to describe the internal voice that gets loudest exactly when you're most ready to step into something bigger.

It developed somewhere along the way as a kind of shield. It says, "let me keep you safe," and it does that by editing everything you say about yourself. So you minimize or perform confidence instead of owning what you actually know. This shows up in ways that cost the promotion you were already qualified for, or the clients who would gladly pay what you're worth, or the launch that keeps almost happening. Years of demonstrated expertise hidden behind softer language.

Center Stage Advisory is a retainer: a block of 10 hours over four months, paid upfront.

It starts with a strategy call to set your vision and priorities. Calls, Voxer and email support, and feedback on your materials all draw from those hours, including the time Jen spends preparing, reviewing, and following up. She keeps a time log you can see anytime, so there are no surprises. You'll get a heads-up as you near the end of your hours, with the option to renew. It ends when the hours are used or the four months are up, whichever comes first.

No, and that's on purpose. You're the one who has to show up in the interview, on the stage, or in the funder meeting, so the words need to be yours. Jen reviews, asks the questions that uncover what you've been leaving out, and gives clear direction. She may suggest changes in wording or a different flow, but the writing stays yours, and she doesn’t offer ghostwriting or developmental editing. Her goal is for you to walk away with a story you can genuinely own.
