After 20 years in corporate and 12 years running my own business, I’ve seen the same pattern with hundreds of people: building the expertise is one thing. Stepping into the visibility that comes after? That’s where people start editing themselves down.

With a background in journalism and PR, an MBA, nine published books, and a career spent spotting the strengths people couldn’t yet see in themselves, I bring all of that to the work we do together, so the way you show up matches who you are.
